IMPRESSIONS

"What do I expect from a creative who has his main job in the advertising industry? A lot, if you know him. Nothing, if you have no expectations. But Artur is a person who combines things, perfects coincidences and develops flavour combinations that surprise your palate again and again. Every single dish became my new favourite. Great evening great trip always happy to come back. Whether texture or flavour explosions ... Artur is my personal Jimi Hendrix for journeys into the far reaches of the unknown world of flavours and beyond. // love" Bjorn B.

"Clandestino Kitchen is the perfect naming for what Artur creates in his kitchen for his guests, as I'm still not sure, about everything I ate that evening. The only thing I know: It was a blast! Food and flavors from all over the world, combined in new and different ways – every course is a surprise and delicious as hell."  Marcus J.

"Well... I did it again! Returning to Clandestino Kitchen was akin to slipping back into a secret love affair, a seductive liaison that begged for a second act. It's a vice I can't resist." Tony F.

"Cheers to our wonderful hosts and the joy of being together once more! We salute the culinary artistry that brought us pig's ears and airballs with chocolate truffle sauce. Our friend's creativity is truly magical, and we're grateful for a safe journey home after the wine pairing. It's a pleasure to see each and every one of you again, with humble hearts. ArTURI is simply the best!  Amen" Adrian H.

"Tasty, tasty, tasty. Tapas gone wild. But the pairing of foods (and wines) always fits. So Italian sausage works nicely with gambas for example. I had so many explosions of taste on my tongue. Food from the Latin world mixed with influences of a lot of kitchens of this world. All built up from the cooks Madeiran heritage. You have to be Carnivorian, but then you really enjoy and for sure eat too much. Just yummi. My favourite was the Chorizo on Fire and the Forbidden Risotto from Basmati rice - although I have Italian roots. So by the way: try a Jordan coffee." Fabian E.
